Certificate in Medicolegal Death Investigation (Undergraduate)

In collaboration with NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, the Forensic and National Security Sciences Institute offers a Certificate in Medicolegal Death Investigation. The new Medicolegal Death Investigation courses are aimed to provide useful information to people from this variety of backgrounds. The courses, FSC 435, 436, and 437 are taught by current or former medical examiners and other experienced medicolegal professionals. The same is true for workshops offered under FSC 440.

Those who do not yet have a B.A. or B.S. degree can apply for this certificate. Those who already have completed an undergraduate degree can apply for the Advanced Certificate in Medicolegal Death Investigation.
